After completing the training the Care Training Institute of Sir William Beveridge Foundation will arrange an assessment session where the assessment of the trainees will be taken by the assessor and authority of Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB). If a trainee proves him or herself competent in every aspects of the training, he or she will get a certificate from BTEB. The Care Training Institute of Sir William Beveridge Foundation will not provide any kinds of certificates or testimonials for those trainings.
The assessment is divided into three sections:
- Knowledge Part – This is the first part of the assessment. Here, a trainee has to sit for a written examination.
- Skill Part – After the written examination, a trainee has to perform some practical jobs of Caregiving as a demonstration.
- Attitude Part – This is the last part of the assessment. Here, a trainee has to sit for a viva examination with the assessor.

It depends on Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB) but from our experience, it usually takes more than a month to get the hard copy of the certificates. Once the certificates are issued, we collect them from BTEB and forward them to the trainees. If a trainee is in a hurry to get the hard copy of the certificate, we provide an authorization letter to the trainee to contact BTEB and collect the certificate by him or herself.
A trainee may get an experience certificate after providing a yearlong service with Sir William Beveridge Foundation. That means he or she has to work with the Foundation for a minimum period of one (1) year to get an experience certificate.
